One source cautioned: Nothing is certain until we get the official go-ahead.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-7hmkaz\">The move follows a U.S. policy shift that allows H200 exports to China with a 25% fee, a reversal of tighter restrictions under the previous administration.
