Percy Jackson and the Olympians<\/a> is already halfway through the season! <\/p>\n

The Disney+<\/a> series adaptation of Rick Riordan<\/a>\u2018s popular books debuted it\u2019s second season earlier this month, and we had a chance to catch up with the show\u2019s young stars to talk about the new episodes. <\/p>\n

We spoke to stars Walker Scobell<\/a>, Leah Sava Jeffries<\/a>, Aryan Simhadri<\/a>, Charlie Bushnell<\/a>, Dior Goodjohn<\/a> and Daniel Diemer<\/a>, and got the scoop on what it was like preparing to film this season\u2019s action sequences, their favorite memories from filming, the biggest challenges they faced this time around and what they are most looking forward to fans seeing! <\/p>\n

\u201cA lot of stunt training and a month of prep,\u201d Walker shared about preparing for all the action sequences. \u201cWe would go in and train with the stunts team, and our stunts team is awesome. And we all have all of our doubles, who are just, I don\u2019t know. Just insane. They\u2019re so good at their jobs.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dior chimed in, \u201cThey pick up on our details, like how we walk and our character details, like how would they do this. They\u2019re really detailed about it.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s hard to tell,\u201d Walker continued. \u201cI don\u2019t know. For season two specifically, Percy\u2019s still pretty clumsy so I felt bad for my stunt double because he\u2019s an insane gymnast, he\u2019s not clumsy, he\u2019s the opposite of that. So, watching him try to be clumsy, I just felt bad because it was the only time where I\u2019ve ever had the edge over him on anything physical, was when I had to fumble something.\u201d <\/p>\n

As for what fans can look forward to the most, Charlie shares every episode has a \u201cmain event going on.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s something going on every\u2026 at any moment in this season. It just never stops,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n

On their favorite memories from filming, Leah sweetly said for her, it was just \u201cbeing with my people again\u201d while Aryan backed her up, saying, \u201cReuniting with the cast. It\u2019s hard being away, for Grover and for Aryan.\u201d <\/p>\n
