JUSTIN BIEBER STOPS TO HELP STRANDED STRANGER ON ROADSIDE, GIVES HIM ‘BEST PRAYER’ OF HIS LIFE<\/a><\/p>\n Ahead of Christmas, Justin Bieber took to Instagram to share his faith in Jesus with his 292 million followers. (Cassy Athena\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n In a note shared with his 292 million followers, Bieber described growing up in “a system that rewarded my gift but didn\u2019t always protect my soul.”<\/p>\n “There were moments I felt used, rushed, shaped into something I didn\u2019t fully choose,” the star admitted. “That kind of pressure leaves wounds you don\u2019t see on stage.<\/p>\n “I\u2019ve carried anger,” wrote Bieber. “I\u2019ve asked God why. He rose to superstardom in 2010.<\/p>\n “I\u2019ve been through pain that shaped me before I had the words to name it,” Bieber wrote. “I was in a system that took more than it protected. But I\u2019m not speaking as someone still broken \u2014 I\u2019m speaking as someone Jesus has already healed.<\/p>\n “What happened to me was real,” he explained. “But it doesn\u2019t get the final word. Jesus didn\u2019t just help me cope \u2014 He restored my identity. I\u2019m not a product. I\u2019m not what the industry demanded. I\u2019m a son.
