When Amy Kehoe of Nickey Kehoe redesigned this 1927 Spanish Revival house<\/a> for Stranger Things co-creator Matt Duffer and his fianc\u00e9e Sarah Hindsgaul, she solved the challenge of a long, narrow living room layout by making an unconventional choice: no sofas. Instead, four central club chairs (a Nickey Kehoe design) create flexible seating around a vintage cocktail table from Jackson Design, while a Porto Ramono chandelier hangs intentionally askew overhead. Kehoe leaned into a sunset-inspired palette of yellows, soft pinks, and burnt orange\u2014colors the house “welcomed,” she says.<\/p>\n
