Fire crews have rescued a paraglider who crashed into the roof of a Co Fermanagh hotel.<\/p>\n
It happened at the Lough Erne Golf Resort near Enniskillen at around lunchtime today.<\/p>\n
The fire and rescue service said it was called to an incident involving a paraglider at the hotel complex at 12.51pm.<\/p>\n
Two fire engines from Enniskillen, one from Lisnaskea, a specialist rescue team and a turntable ladder were all used to rescue a man from the second floor roof.<\/p>\n
He has been passed to the care of the Northern Ireland ambulance service.<\/p>\n
The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service said it received a 999 call following reports of an incident in the area of Lough Shore Road, Enniskillen.<\/p>\n
“NI Ambulance Service said it dispatched a Rapid Response Paramedic, 1 HART Crew and 1 Emergency Crew to the incident.<\/p>\n
