Princess Kate was seen joking with a royal fan after his chair collapsed during the Royal Family\u2019s Christmas Day celebrations.<\/p>\n

The Princess of Wales took her time to greet all the royal fans who had come to the Sandringham Estate to see the royals make their annual walk to St Mary Magdalene Church. <\/p>\n

As Kate was greeting fans, the man\u2019s chair is heard cracking before he falls to the floor.<\/p>\n

The man can be heard saying: \u201cWhat have I done?\u201d as the princess quickly checked on him to see he was okay before quipping that the man had \u201ctoo many mince pies\u201d and laughing with onlookers. <\/p>\n

Kate was alongside Prince William, as well as King Charles and Queen Camilla, when the man’s chair failed.<\/p>\n

The man was one of more than 500 royal fans who had gathered to get a glimpse of the royals on Christmas morning, with some fans camping overnight to get a good viewing spot.<\/p>\n

Kate stunned the fans she met as she wore her beloved BLAZ\u00c9 MILANO Lahloo Anyway Midi Coat for the occasion, marking the fifth outing for the \u00a3979 double-breasted brown tartan piece.<\/p>\n

With temperatures dropping to just 6\u00b0C, the elegant midi coat proved an ideal choice for the chilly festive morning.<\/p>\n

The trusty tartan coat first appeared at the same Sandringham Christmas service back in December 2021, establishing itself as a festive favourite.<\/p>\n

Kate wore the coat again in September 2024 for another church visit before making two further appearances earlier this year, at the Royal Marsden Hospital in January and HMP Styal the following month.<\/p>\n

Her bespoke Gianvito Rossi boots completed a trio of Italian fashion houses represented in her ensemble.<\/p>\n

British brands featured prominently among Kate’s accessories, including her \u00a3415 DeMellier London handbag, \u00a3135 Cornelia James gloves and a \u00a3125 Really Wild scarf that she first sported at Sandringham Christmas more than ten years ago.<\/p>\n

The sole new addition to her outfit was a \u00a3650 hat crafted by Shrewsbury milliner Juliette Botterill, distinguished by its delicate felt lace cutouts.<\/p>\n

Princess Charlotte was seen winning over crowds on the outing as she paused to take photographs with fans.<\/p>\n

The 10-year-old daughter of the Prince and Princess of Wales dressed in a brown and beige coat, presumably designed by Catherine Walker, for the occasion, carrying an armful of gifts as she made her way along the line of well-wishers.<\/p>\n

Video footage shared on social media captured the young royal agreeing to pose for a selfie when asked by a member of the public.<\/p>\n

“Can we have a photo with you?” one fan enquired, to which Charlotte responded: “Yes,” before moving closer for the picture.<\/p>\n
