{"id":218292,"date":"2025-12-30T15:49:13","date_gmt":"2025-12-30T15:49:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/218292\/"},"modified":"2025-12-30T15:49:13","modified_gmt":"2025-12-30T15:49:13","slug":"the-approvals-facilitate-the-companys-delivery-of-surgical-technologies-to-healthcare-systems-in-south-east-asia-it-says","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/218292\/","title":{"rendered":"The approvals facilitate the company\u2019s delivery of surgical technologies to healthcare systems in South-east Asia, it says."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This facilitates the company\u2019s delivery of surgical technologies to healthcare systems in South-east Asia, UltraGreen.ai says <\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words mb-4 md:mb-6\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-component\">[SINGAPORE] Surgical technology firm UltraGreen.ai has secured dual market regulatory approvals for two of its products less than a month since its trading debut on the Singapore Exchange. <\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words mb-4 md:mb-6\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-component\">It clinched approvals for Verdye, a fluorescence dye used in fluorescence-guided surgery, in the Philippines. <\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words mb-4 md:mb-6\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-component\">It also secured approval for IC-Flow Imaging System V2 \u2013 a medical infrared camera system that captures fluorescent images in surgical procedures, in Malaysia. <\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words mb-4 md:mb-6\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-component\">On Tuesday (Dec 30), the company said the approvals mark an \u201cimportant step\u201d in its strategic expansion across South-east Asia, where healthcare demand is growing. <\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words mb-4 md:mb-6\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-component\">This comes as UltraGreen.ai aims to expand the use of fluorescence-guided surgery \u2013 which has become an increasingly important tool across surgical procedures and specialties \u2013 in the region. <\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words mb-4 md:mb-6\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-component\">Declan Cassells, chief operating officer of UltraGreen.ai, said that the approvals will facilitate the company\u2019s delivery of surgical technologies to healthcare systems across the South-east Asia. <\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words mb-4 md:mb-6\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-component\">\u201cWith these approvals in place, UltraGreen.ai and its local partners can now actively support education, training and broader clinical adoption of indocyanine green-based techniques among surgeons in both markets,\u201d the company said. <\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words mb-4 md:mb-6\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-component\">Beyond regulatory approvals, the company said that it is growing its footprint in the region via clinical partnerships and market access initiatives.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words mb-4 md:mb-6\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-component\">Quek Mei Ling, chief business officer for Asia-Pacific at UltraGreen.ai, noted that the approvals come as South-east Asia is experiencing a rise in surgical procedures across oncology, colorectal and reconstructive care. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-lucida text-xl font-medium italic leading-normal -tracking-5% text-gray-850\">Decoding Asia newsletter: your guide to navigating Asia in a new global order.
