Some pets love to go out and play in the snow, while others will avoid it at all costs. Llamazing Adventures is a 120-acre hobby farm in Canada, and they have a pet camel<\/a> named Shamy. Most of us think of camels as desert animals, thriving in triple-digit temperatures with little to no water, but Shamy seems to thrive in the freezing cold, too!<\/p>\n

Llamazing Adventures shared a clip of Shamy playing in the snow. They said it was the first extreme cold day of the season, about -4 degrees outside, but that didn’t stop Shamy from enjoying a snow day at all! Watch as he hops, skips, runs, and gets the zoomies…it’s guaranteed to make you smile!<\/p>\n

Llamazing Adventures<\/a> admitted that they hate winter and added in the caption, “Ahhh, the joys of winter. At least Shamy is happy!” We’re not fans of the cold, either, but it’s always fun to watch our pets enjoy it!<\/p>\n

Funny Comments About Shamy Enjoying the Snow<\/p>\n

Viewers got a kick out of watching Shamy play in the snow…his mom mentioned it always makes her day to watch him and it made all of ours, too! @Luciferjesi shared, “He\u2019s making snow angels<\/a> with his neck. LOL!” @gdubs wondered, “Does Shamy have any other jobs than providing the best entertainment?!”<\/p>\n

@Rebecca_lynn asked, “Do they make coats for camels like they do horses<\/a>? Or do they not require them? Genuinely curious, as I know hardly anything about camels. His zoomies sure are cute though!”Llamazing Adventures replied, “You have to make them yourself… kinda makes them look like ninja turtles LOL!” We don’t think Shamy needs one; he seems just fine without it!<\/p>\n

Commenter @Daniel shared, “That’s crazy… I thought a dromedary could not handle this cold!” @Llamazing Adventures replied, “A lot of them can handle cold perfectly fine and prefer it over hot weather!” @Martin Giles-Lavoie added, “Another thing: it gets really cold in deserts at night. Freezing weather at times.” Daniel responded, “Camels are crazy…. I mean both with their quirky personality<\/a>, and how they don’t care if it’s a scorching desert or the snow<\/a>!” They’re certainly a very unique animal!<\/p>\n
