Starfighters Space<\/a>, Inc., owner and operator of one of the world\u2019s largest commercial supersonic aircraft fleets, announced on December 18<\/a> the completion of its Regulation A Initial Public Offering, raising a total of $40 million. The company achieved this through the sale of 11,142,061 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $3.59 per share. The final closing resulted in the issuance of 6,145,364 shares, generating approximately $22.1 million. This followed an earlier phase of the Regulation A Tier 2 offering, which began on September 6, 2024, and concluded on July 16, 2025, during which 4,996,697 shares were sold for approximately $17.9 million. Starfighters Space\u2019s common stock is expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) American under the ticker symbol \u201cFJET\u201d on December 18, 2025.<\/p>\n

The offering was hosted on Equifund.com, with Digital Offering LLC serving as the lead selling agent. Earlier this year, the company also secured a series of missions and cooperation agreements with partner organizations, further expanding its operational footprint. Starfighters Space operates a fleet of former Italian Air Force Lockheed\/Aeritalia F-104 Starfighters and is currently the only commercial organization capable of sustained Mach 2 flight combined with an air-launch capability for space-bound payloads. Based at NASA\u2019s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, the company specializes in high-demand commercial space activities, utilizing modified supersonic aircraft configured as first-stage launch platforms capable of carrying payloads<\/a> to altitudes of up to 45,000 feet for air launch.<\/p>\n
