Patrick Keleher \u2013 Seemingly Exiting<\/p>\n
Patrick Keleher joined the cast as Seth in season 7, and though fans think his storyline might have wrapped, Alexi Hawley doesn\u2019t think that\u2019s necessarily true!<\/p>\n
When asked if that was the last we\u2019ll see of Seth, he told TV Guide<\/a>, \u201cI don\u2019t think it\u2019s the end. Again, it\u2019s early days. We started the [writers] room [last Monday], but I would like to see him again. Patrick also was a joy to find as an actor. His ability to be incredibly likable at the beginning \u2014 this sort of Boy Scout \u2014 and the micro-adjustments he made to make this character somebody who audiences truly did not like was a real talent. But I also think that the challenge is, can you redeem a character like that? I think that\u2019s interesting. I think ultimately \u2014 and Nolan says it in the scene \u2014 it\u2019s not necessarily the end of his career in the Los Angeles Police Department. I think if you can pass the physical tests that anybody else passes, even with a prosthetic, then you can become a police officer. So I think that there\u2019s still a story to tell there.\u201d <\/p>\n However, he has not been seen in any promotional material at this time for season 8. Don\u2019t expect him to pop in \u2013 unless it\u2019s a surprise!<\/p>\n Tru Valentino as Aaron Thorsen \u2013 Exited in Season 7<\/p>\n The fate of Tru Valentino\u2018s Aaron Thorsen was up-in-the-air at the end of season six after being in a code blue at the hospital. He ended up not returning for season 7.<\/p>\n About if Tru could ever return, showrunner Alexi Hawley told Screen Rant<\/a>, \u201cOf course. Tru [Valentino] is a great actor, and he was a huge part of our show for several seasons, and so we\u2019d love to have him back in some capacity. It just ultimately felt like, creatively, for where the show was going, that we needed to pivot a bit.
