An underwater filmmaker was lucky enough to come across a brittle star at the precise moment it was spawning on the Great Barrier Reef, Australia.\u00a0<\/p>\n
When Chilean wildlife cinematographer\u00a0Daniela Rakos<\/a>\u00a0saw the animal \u2013 which is related to a\u00a0starfish<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 she thought it was doing \u201ca psychedelic dance,\u201d she says. \u201cThen I realised it was spawning.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n See the amazing moment the brittle star begins to spawn.
