Liverpool were denied an important win over Fulham on Sunday as they conceded a last-minute stunner to Harrison Reed.<\/p>\n

It was another hugely disappointing performance from the Reds, but Cody Gakpo had at least looked to salvage what would have been a big turnaround victory.<\/p>\n

Sadly, Liverpool<\/a> could not see out the final minutes of stoppage time, as Reed popped up with one of the best goals of the Premier League<\/a> season.<\/p>\n

There were not many positives to be had for the Reds, who have seen such things go against them time after time this season.<\/p>\n

But having seen him provide an excellent ball in for Gakpo\u2019s bundled finish, former Liverpool player Don Hutchison claimed that Jeremie Frimpong<\/a> did at least give Arne Slot<\/a> something he had been desperate to see all game long.<\/p>\n

Jeremie Frimpong provides moment of class for Liverpool<\/p>\n

Frimpong was Liverpool\u2019s best player against Leeds<\/a> in midweek, and had he been in a better place fitness-wise, he would have started against Fulham as well.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, the Dutchman has just not been able to stay fit since joining the Reds, and with a lack of attacking options right now, Slot was right to leave him on the bench.<\/p>\n

After emerging in the 76th minute, though, it did not take Frimpong long to make an impact. His ball across should maybe have been defended better, but according to Hutchison, it was exactly what Liverpool had been looking for.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat a ball in from Jeremie Frimpong, that is a thing of beauty. Alexander-Arnold all over again,\u201d the pundit told Premier League productions<\/a>. <\/p>\n

\u201cJust get a bit of width, it\u2019s what Liverpool have been crying out for. Whipped in towards the near post, it\u2019s not easy to defend, and if you\u2019re Gakpo it doesn\u2019t matter what it comes off \u2013 get it over the line.\u201d<\/p>\n

Frimpong is currently Liverpool\u2019s most dangerous player<\/p>\n

As Liverpool prepare for a big game away at Arsenal on Thursday, Slot must be doing everything to ensure Frimpong is fit to play.<\/p>\n

The 25-year-old has been excellent recently, showing exactly why the Reds were so keen to sign him last summer.<\/p>\n

In 15 minutes he showed far more than any other Liverpool forward on the pitch, and is quickly emerging as Slot\u2019s most dangerous weapon.<\/p>\n

While fitness may still play a part, it is imperative that Frimpong gets his start against Arsenal, and that should come ahead of Conor Bradley at right wing.<\/p>\n

Bradley put in another mixed performance at Craven Cottage, but after grabbing an assist of his own he and Frimpong are beginning to build a reputation as Liverpool\u2019s best source of goals. <\/p>\n
