He has a distinctive tattoo of a dragon on his left forearm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom5 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">He was last seen in Shillelagh, Co Wicklow, on the afternoon of Sunday, September 14. At the time, he was wearing a grey jumper with a white stripe and dark jeans.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom5 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">Robert is believed to be travelling in a red Ford Focus, registration number 12-C-8439.
