A man claims to have found the ‘best walk’ in all of Ireland (stock image)(Image: Ana Fernandez\/SOPA Images\/LightRocket via Getty Images)<\/p>\nAn Irish travel enthusiast has shared what he claims to be is one of the best scenic walk in all of Ireland, and it’s not as popular as you may think.<\/p>\n
Criostoir Connolly has travelled through all 32 different counties of Ireland. He has since taken to TikTok<\/a>, where he has over 88,400 followers, to share his insider knowledge about the nation’s best accommodations, walking trails<\/a>, waterfalls, historic buildings, pubs and getaway destinations, as he often take viewers with him on his new travel adventures. These travels have seen him try centuries old Irish traditions, go on road trips across Ireland, where he’s visited popular landmarks in his journey to show the best of what Ireland has to offer.<\/p>\n In one video, Criostoir went on to claim that he’s come across the best hike in all of Ireland, and it’s not one you may have heard of before.<\/p>\n “I’ve travelled to all 32 counties on the island of Ireland, and this is by far my favourite spot,” he said at he start of the video before revealing the place.<\/p>\n Turning the camera to show the cliffside view of the Atlantic ocean, Criostoir went on to show his view after having reached his ‘favourite’ viewpoint in all of the island of Ireland.<\/p>\n “You can’t come to the north coast and not go on this hike,” he said. “This is the walk to the Hamilton’s Seat on the Causeway Coast Cliff Walk, and it’s definitely one of my favourite things to do<\/a> in all of Ireland.”<\/p>\n Content cannot be displayed without consent<\/p>\n This lesser-known view point on Northern Ireland<\/a>‘s Causeway Coast is part of the National Trust<\/a>, and can be reached by hiking along the coastal path from either the Giants Causeway or from Dunseverick Castle, as Hamilton’s seat is situated half way between two starting points. It has been described by visitors as a ‘true hidden gem’ that many people don’t know exist.<\/p>\n Hamilton’s Seat is one of the viewpoint stops on the Causeway Coast, and can be reached by hiking along the coastal path from either the Giants Causeway or from Dunseverick Castle.<\/p>\n “I start at Dunseverick car park and the walk from Dunseverick all the way to Hamilton’s Seat is approximately one hour,” Criostoir told his viewers.<\/p>\n He went on to explain that his whole walk took about three hours in total, but explained that he’d stopped several times along the way to take in the view along the way.<\/p>\n “I’ve been here in all different seasons, and it’s not usually that busy as you’ll only see a handful of people,” he added. “And I would definitely recommend the Causeway Coast Cliff Walk, and although we have more famous cliffs, this is definitely one you cannot miss.”<\/p>\n Access to the actual Giant’s Causeway geological site is free, but the National Trust charges a fee for their full “Visitor Experience,” which includes parking, the exhibition, facilities, and the shuttle bus. However, this will be free of charge for National Trust members.<\/p>\n Criostoir wasn’t the only one impressed by the view, as the comment section of the video soon filled with viewers praising the walk location, with many yearning to visit.<\/p>\n “Agree! I\u2019ve seen both and preferred the giant causeway \u2013 amazing and far less tourists,” one person said, while another viewer shared: “We do this walk every year when we come over to Coleriane, we start at the car park and walk to Portrush.”<\/p>\n A third person added: “That\u2019s looks amazing!
