In proof that \u201cmum group\u201d might become the buzziest term of 2026<\/a>, two members of Ashley Tisdale\u2019s former clique have weighed in after she *allegedly* tore them to shreds.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

Mandy Moore and Meghan Trainor were supposedly a part of the group that Tisdale described as \u201ctoxic\u201d and \u201ctoo high school\u201d in an essay heard \u2018round the world<\/a> earlier this week. Now, both of those stars have entered the chat as the fallout continues to unfold.<\/p>\n

For her part, Trainor went the meme route, taking to TikTok to share her surprise at discovering there was in-fighting within her mum clique to begin with.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cMe finding out about the apparent mum group drama,\u201d the singer captioned a clip of her feverishly researching on a computer. Coincidentally enough, the TikTok was soundtracked by Trainor\u2019s song \u201cStill Don\u2019t Care\u201d, so make of that what you will. <\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Moore also took to social media to praise Hilary Duff\u2019s husband. If you recall, Duff is also a member of the mum group, and her hubby Matthew Koma this week trolled Tisdale by mimicking her essay<\/a> and describing her as \u201ctone deaf\u201d and \u201cself obsessed\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201c[Koma] happens to be one of the most talented and generous humans I\u2019m lucky to know,\u201d Moore wrote on her Instagram Stories, just hours after he shared the post mocking Tisdale.<\/p>\n

The Tangled star\u2019s praise came after Koma reshared a video of Moore performing at a benefit concert for survivors of last year\u2019s California bushfires \u2014 a cause she said Koma was especially involved in.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe literally gave my family a place to stay one year ago today when we evacuated,\u201d Moore \u2014 whose home was lost during the fires \u2014 wrote.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not as direct as Trainor\u2019s response, but Moore gushing over Koma so soon after his spoof of Tisdale\u2019s essay feels like a clear message of where she stands amid Toxic Mum Group-gate.<\/p>\n

The fallout hasn\u2019t stopped there. A bunch of other celebs \u2014 including Real Housewives star Crystal Kung Minkoff and Disney alum Christy Carlson Romano \u2014 gave their two cents <\/a>earlier this week, before an insider claimed Tisdale\u2019s exit from the group<\/a> was \u201ca long time coming\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n

All of it stems from a searing tell-all Tisdale penned<\/a> for The Cut<\/a>. In it, she recalled feeling \u201cfrozen out\u201d by an *unnamed* group of mums before eventually cutting ties with them.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Tisdale\u2019s rep later denied the essay was about Duff, Moore and Trainor, but the cat was well and truly out of the bag by that point. Something tells me this won\u2019t be the last update from this story, which has all the makings of a future season of Ryan Murphy\u2019s Feud.<\/p>\n
