Everyone knows what you’re doing, what car you’re driving, what you’re wearing, if you’re having financial problems.”<\/p>\n Golnesa, for her part, chimed in, “A lot of Iranians packed up and fled to many countries, but the number one place was right here in L.A. … The Persian community in the Valley is very tight-knit.”<\/p>\n Where\u00a0Mercedeh, Golnesa, and Reza’s friendships stood before The Valley: Persian Style Season 1<\/p>\n Despite all the changes in their lives over the past several years, the core group of Mercedeh, Golnesa, and Reza were still close, heading into The Valley: Persian Style’s inaugural season.<\/p>\n “I’ve made a lot of new friends out here, and I feel like I’ve got some old friends,” Mercedeh revealed in a confessional. “Reza, Golnesa, and I are in a really good place. It took a very long time to get here.
