Virgin Media Television is proud to announce the launch of The Assembly Ireland, an inclusive and compelling new television format that will change the way we see interviews on Irish screens. <\/p>\n
The series premieres Monday, 19 January at 9pm\u00a0on Virgin Media\u00a0PLAY and Virgin Media\u00a0One, continuing weekly for four episodes.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The Assembly Ireland is a fearless new format\u00a0where well-known\u00a0Irish\u00a0personalities are interviewed by a group of autistic and neurodivergent\u00a0reporters,\u00a0known as \u2018The Assembly\u2019, and absolutely nothing is off limits. The group has prepared for these interviews over time and are primed and ready to ask everything they \u2013 and you \u2013 want asked and answered.\u00a0<\/p>\n
This groundbreaking series\u00a0showcases\u00a0neurodiversity and inclusion in a way never seen before on Irish television, broadening perspectives and creating national conversations around difference, understanding, and inclusion. The interviewers\u00a0come from diverse backgrounds,\u00a0different\u00a0world\u00a0views\u00a0and life experiences, but share two key traits:\u00a0a disarming\u00a0authenticity\u00a0and a commitment to the truth.
