The first singer to perform on the latest episode of the ITV programme was Monkey Business<\/p>\n

The Masked Singer fans are claiming that they\u2019ve \u2018worked out\u2019 a star\u2019s identity as they slammed a clue that was \u2018too obvious\u2019 on the ITV<\/a> singing competition.<\/p>\n

Returning for its seventh season<\/a> last week, the popular programme aired two episodes to kick off 2026. Singer Anne Marie donned a goldfish outfit to sing APT by Ros\u00e9 and Bruno Mars before joining as a guest judge.<\/p>\n

The first star sent home Alex Jones, with The One Show<\/a> presenter turning out to be Disc Jockey. Episode two featured guest judge Matt Lucas singing as Emperor Penguin before rapper Professor Green revealed himself as Teabag.<\/p>\n

Joining Jonathan Ross, Davina McCall, Mo Gilligan and Maya Jama on the judging panel on Sunday night (January 10) was none other than cricket legend Freddie Flintoff. With the episode a \u2018sports day special\u2019, Freddie donned a cricket kit once again.<\/p>\n

Kicking off the episode <\/a>was Teabag, who\u2019s video package included a picture of Lewis Hamilton and references to a throne. Following a stunning performance, the judges issued their verdicts.<\/p>\n

Davina <\/a>said: \u201cI saw a picture of Lewis Hamilton. Did you see the picture of a cat on her shirt? Cat, Pussycat Dolls, Nicole Scherzinger.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mo noted: \u201cOne of the clues said \u2018the honeymoon period is over\u2019, there was a show about honeymoon periods and love.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is someone who has been on Love Island is now a presenter, one of their documentaries was called getting filthy rich. She lacks motorsport because we saw Lewis Hamilton. I think it\u2019s Olivia Attwood.\u201d<\/p>\n

Presenter Joel Dommett <\/a>then issued two clues, but as usual only one of them was true. Clue number one was: \u201cCan those given the task of collecting in the cones give them back to Mr Horne.”<\/p>\n

The second clue issued by Joel reads: \u201cToday\u2019s sports day has been a pit of washout. It feels like it\u2019s the perfect time to play a bit of stuck in the mud.\u201d<\/p>\n

Speaking after their performance, Monkey Business teased: \u201cBusiness is booming. Unfortunately, these guesses are not. Do I really look like a Pussycat doll Davina? I\u2019m going to need some more bananas.\u201d<\/p>\n

Those watching the episode at home rushed to X, previously known as Twitter<\/a>, to have their say on why they think Atomic Kitten\u2019s Natasha Hamilton is Monkey Business as a result of the Lewis Hamilton picture.<\/p>\n
