I’m A Celebrity star Martin Kemp surprised guests when he checked into an Irish hotel last week with his famous son, Roman.<\/p>\n

The duo checked into the Carrickdale Hotel and Spa in Co Louth for a week.<\/p>\n

In a post on Facebook, the Carrickdale hotel shared a picture of Martin and Roman posing with a member of staff.<\/p>\n

The post read: ‘Delighted to have Roman and Martin Kemp stay with us all week – was a pleasure!<\/p>\n

‘We hope you enjoyed your stay with us!’<\/p>\n

It is not yet clear why the pair were staying at the Co Louth hotel but Martin is no stranger to the wee county having performed in Drogheda in previous years.<\/p>\n

The father son trip comes just a month after Eastenders star Martin left the Australian jungle on I’m A Celebrity<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Spandau Ballet star lasted 20 days in the jungle, alongside Vogue Williams.<\/a><\/p>\n

Speaking about his time on the series, he said the highlights were ‘without a doubt’ his campmates.<\/p>\n

He added: ‘Just sitting around, not even the trials and stuff like that, but sitting around, talking and lots of laughs.<\/p>\n

‘I\u2019m not one for making new friends, and this is the first time I\u2019ve done it for years, and I absolutely loved it.<\/p>\n

‘Coming out now, I feel like I\u2019ve done it. I feel like I\u2019ve done everything I wanted to do, experienced it, and I can walk away with some brilliant anecdotes.<\/p>\n

‘I think I learned a lot about myself as well, about how patient I am, in a way, and also how emotional I am.
