at famous Icelandic singer Laufey on Sunday night.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">&#8216;My name isn&#8217;t Megan,&#8217; she replied, awkwardly laughing off the blunder.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">The\u00a0<a style=\"font-weight: bold;\" target=\"_self\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/tvshowbiz\/golden_globes\/index.html\" id=\"mol-958baac0-ef3c-11f0-b0e4-71bd68b2b60f\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Golden Globe<\/a> Awards are set to kick off awards season as A-listers descend on the Red Carpet for one of the biggest nights in Hollywood.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Comedian Nikki Glaser is hosting the show for a second time at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, <a style=\"font-weight: bold;\" target=\"_self\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/california\/index.html\" id=\"mol-958960d0-ef3c-11f0-b0e4-71bd68b2b60f\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">California<\/a>, which starts at 8pm ET\/5pm PT.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">While the stars are waiting to see who will take home awards in film and television, the Golden Globes launched a new category this year &#8211; Best Podcast.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">However, the new category is already causing controversy after the Golden Globes failed to nominate any conservative podcasters, even though they topped the charts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Follow along for the latest updates<\/p>\n<p>Laufey corrects Golden Globes photographers <\/p>\n<p class=\"embedParagraph_1I1nW9oF\">Icelandic singer Laufey (pronounced \u2018Lay-Vay\u2019) corrected red carpet photographers who were calling her the wrong name.<\/p>\n<p class=\"embedParagraph_1I1nW9oF\">Photographers shouted \u2018Megan\u2019 at the singer as she posed for the cameras wearing an orange dress.<\/p>\n<p class=\"embedParagraph_1I1nW9oF\">&#8216;My name isn&#8217;t Megan,&#8217;
