The platform brings together over 300 mortgage products from all seven local lenders, giving a clear, side-by-side view of what\u2019s on offer. Users can enter their property value and deposit amount to instantly compare estimated monthly payments for each product, alongside stamp duty and legal costs.<\/p>\n
The platform was built using vibe coding, a modern approach to software development where AI is prompted rather than code being written line by line. This has allowed Swoop to be created significantly faster and at a much lower cost than traditional software projects. AI is also used to automatically gather mortgage rates from each lender\u2019s website daily, helping ensure listings remain accurate and up to date.<\/p>\n
The site features Morty the seagull, Swoop\u2019s AI assistant, who helps users navigate the home-buying process, explains mortgage terminology, and answers general questions about how borrowing works.<\/p>\n
