<\/p>\n\n\tEXCLUSIVE: Canada\u2019s Blue Ant Rights has opened 2026 with a hire and a trio of execs in new roles.<\/p>\n
\n\tBryan Gabourie has been named EVP, Content Monetization and Head of Americas of the Blue Ant sales house, a role that will hand him control of the TV program sales business across the Americas. BBC Studios exec Bruno Liporoni, meanwhile, takes on the VP of International Sales in Australia, New Zealand and Japan role.<\/p>\n
\n\tNick Solowski has been promoted to VP, International Sales for the U.S. and Canada, and Jason Soh, VP of Distribution in Asia adds China and Korea to his remit.<\/p>\n
\n\tGabourie\u2019s role will see him overseeing digital platform growth and VoD monetization, while taking a key role in commercial decision making and portfolio strategy. Liporoni, a 20-year sales vet including a decade at BBC Studios Australia, will primarily be focused on the ANZ region.<\/p>\n
\n\tSolowski will now manage Blue Ant\u2019s Canadian content deals and work more closely with the broader Americas leadership team.<\/p>\n
\n\tJason Soh, VP, Distribution for Asia\u00a0will assume expanded responsibilities, adding oversight of content sales in China and Korea to his existing remit.<\/p>\n

The company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange after the Boat Rocker deal, and also bought<\/a> U.S.-based factual streamer MagellanTV.<\/p>\n \n\tBlue Ant\u2019s slate includes the likes of Mysteries From Above, Davey and Jonesie\u2019s Locker, Race Against the Tide, Top Chef Canada, The Great Canadian Baking Show\u00a0and\u00a0Amazing Race Canada.
