Ashton Kutcher<\/a> is putting his black belt in jiu-jitsu to good use on The Tonight Show<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Beauty<\/a> actor celebrated his new title, which took him 15 years to earn, and taught host Jimmy Fallon<\/a> how to properly flip someone over using only his legs on Monday\u2019s episode.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cCould you maybe show me a jiu-jitsu move?\u201d Fallon asked, seemingly unaware of what he had brought upon himself with the innocent question.<\/p>\n

\u201cYeah, let\u2019s do it,\u201d Kutcher agreed. \u201cYou wanna do something? Let\u2019s go.\u201d\n<\/p>\n

The That \u201870s Show alum quickly laid down a few ground rules as they approached a mat that had been laid out on the floor for them.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThe whole thing with jiu-jitsu is most fights go to the ground,\u201d Kutcher explained. \u201cWithin seconds, they go to the ground, so you\u2019re fighting off the ground, right?\u201d<\/p>\n

He then encouraged Fallon to shove him to the ground and \u201cattack\u201d him. \u201cCome after me!\u201d Kutcher cajoled.\n<\/p>\n

However, in doing so, the Saturday Night Live alum fell directly into Kutcher\u2019s trap. The actor quickly wrapped his legs around Fallon\u2019s sides and pulled his body and arms into a grapple.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m instantly good here, right?\u201d Kutcher said as Fallon looked nervously out at the cheering crowd. \u201cSo now you think you\u2019re in control, right? So now what we\u2019re gonna do is we\u2019re gonna put together a simple sweep.\u201d\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

Using only his legs, Kutcher proceeded to slowly lift Fallon up and over and flop the host onto the ground. He then suggested they try the maneuver again so that Fallon could get the chance to flip him.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cAre you okay?\u201d\u00a0Kutcher asked a slightly dazed Fallon afterward, who simply responded, \u201cI give up. I give up.\u201d<\/p>\n

Prior to the second move, Kutcher had Fallon scoot over a bit so that they wouldn\u2019t fall off the mat and get hurt. \u201cI\u2019m already hurt,\u201d Fallon bemoaned.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

The No Strings Attached star went on to show Fallon how to properly perform the move. \u201cOww!\u201d Kutcher exclaimed as he fell dramatically onto his back.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cYes!\u201d Fallon cheered. \u201cHe tapped out! Ashton Kutcher, everybody!\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
