 alt=\"\" title=\"SYS Financial 1\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>SYS Financial, one of Ireland\u2019s leading financial advisory firms, has announced the acquisition of Portlaoise financial planning practice GTL Life and Pensions.\n<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition is part of SYS Financial\u2019s expansion strategy and will bring overall assets under management by the firm to over \u20ac680 million.\n<\/p>\n<p>The firm has further acquisitions in the pipeline which are projected to bring its client assets under management to \u20ac1.3 billion by the start of quarter two in 2026.\n<\/p>\n<p>Portlaoise-based GTL Life and Pensions was founded in 1977 by the late John Lawlor and is currently led by his daughter, Emma Lawlor, as Managing Director.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"gofollow\" data-track=\"Mzc2MSwzMCw2MA==\" href=\"https:\/\/www.joemallonmotors.ie\/renault\/new-car-offers\/renault-5-252-offer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns=\" http:=\"\" data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Joe-Mallon-Renault-MPU.jpg\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>With \u20ac30 million in assets under management and clients right across Ireland, the company has built a strong reputation for personalised financial planning and long-term client relationships.\n<\/p>\n<p>SYS
