Friends of a young family from the Philippines killed in a car crash in Co Antrim have launched a fundraising campaign to repatriate their bodies to the Philippines.<\/p>\n
Kith and Ralph Singco were both passengers in one of two cars involved in a collision near the village of Crumlin a few miles from Belfast International Airport on Sunday afternoon.<\/p>\n
The two healthcare workers, who were both in their 30s, had celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary just hours before the collision and were expecting their first child in two months’ time.<\/p>\n
Ms Singco, who was a nurse, and her unborn child died in hospital on Monday. Her husband, a care assistant, died yesterday.<\/p>\n
A Requiem Mass for the family will be held in St Vincent De Paul Church in Ligoneil in north Belfast next Wednesday.<\/p>\n
A Go Fund Me page set up by friends and family to raise funds to repatriate their bodies to the Philippines raised more than \u00a370,000.<\/p>\n
A number of other people involved in the collision sustained minor injuries.<\/p>\n
