After a while, they opened their eyes and came face-to-face with dozens of wild babies.<\/p>\n<p data-element-index=\"0\">The siblings had unknowingly set up camp near a nest of sea turtle eggs, and while they were napping, the babies had decided to hatch. The pair did their best to move their stuff out of the babies\u2019 path, then sat back and watched in awe.<\/p>\n<p data-element-index=\"1\">\u201cI never thought in a million years we\u2019d wake up from this afternoon beach nap to a swarm of baby sea turtles,\u201d Alysha <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@just_lysh\/photo\/7589696547550432567\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">wrote on TikTok<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-element-index=\"0\">The sea turtle nest had been roped off, but their path down to the water was not.
