A Limerick<\/a> family living in Longford are “humbly” asking for help and support following the sudden loss of a one-year-old baby.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ravi Lucca Oliveira Santos, who was one year and four months old, passed away on January 3.<\/p>\n

Ravi suffered from sudden seizures and heart failure on December 21 and had been on life support over Christmas before passing away at the beginning of the year.\u00a0<\/p>\n

His family, who are originally from Brazil, are now asking for support in covering the expenses from his funeral, which took place on January 8th.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ravi’s mother, Danielle Lorryane Oliveira Moraes, moved from Brazil to Ireland in August of last year.<\/p>\n

Ravi’s grandmother, Cristiane, has lived in Longford for a number of years with her four sons.<\/p>\n

They are all said to be part of the community.<\/p>\n

Cristiane previously worked as a cleaner for the\u00a0Kilbeggan Organic Farm in Co Westmeath.<\/p>\n

She\u00a0has asked for prayers from anyone who cannot contribute financially.\u00a0<\/p>\n

According to Rip.ie, Ravi will be “deeply regretted” by his mother Danielle and father\u00a0Ronaldo DaSilva Santos Junior, while also being “sadly missed” by his\u00a0grandparents, uncles, aunts, family, and friends.<\/p>\n

A number of condolences from people have been posted on Rip.ie, with the majority coming from people in Limerick.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“Deepest sympathies and condolences on the recent passing of Ravi. May he Rest in Peace,”\u00a0Niall Collins TD wrote.<\/p>\n

“Deepest condolences to you all on the passing of Ravi. May his gentle soul rest in peace,” a “grieving” Limerick mam said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“So sorry for the loss of your beautiful boy…may he fly with the angels for eternity..So very sorry,” a dad from Limerick wrote.<\/p>\n
