Sophie Turner<\/a> is reflecting on what it was like to become a mother at such a young age.<\/p>\n

The Game of Thrones<\/a> alum married Joe Jonas<\/a> when she was just 21 years old, then had her first daughter at age 24 and her second at 26. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s really nice,\u201d she told The Guardian<\/a>. \u201cI\u2019m not worrying about my biological clock and all that sort of stuff.\u201d <\/p>\n

But on the downside, taking that break has meant having to \u201crebuild\u201d her acting career and get back into the swing of things. <\/p>\n

After the HBO drama wrapped, she said \u201cit just felt like the right break to focus on me, because I\u2019d been a character for so long. Nesting and being at home was amazing. But the flipside of it, and Covid didn\u2019t help, was that this was a big break from the career. And I\u2019ve had to try to rebuild, in a way. You don\u2019t realize how important momentum is in a career, and I stalled it a bit.\u201d<\/p>\n

She and Joe formally divorced in September 2024<\/a> after filing about a year before that. Since then, Sophie has moved back to the U.K. with daughters, Willa, 5, and Delphine, 3. <\/p>\n

Sophie has a busy year ahead of her as her new series Steal<\/a> arrives on Amazon Prime Video on January 21 and she\u2019s also starting production on Tomb Raider, in which she plays the lead role of Lara Croft.
