John Lowe, author of ‘Money Doctors 2026’<\/p>\n
The latest edition of the top-selling personal finance guide that helps families become financially secure, and outlines how they can save and make money, has been launched.<\/p>\n
Money Doctors 2026 is written by finance guru John Lowe who has been producing the book for 21 years.<\/p>\n
The latest edition of the book is fully updated and indexed, Mr Lowe said.<\/p>\n
It includes 40 tax-saving tips and a synopsis of Budget 2026, while there is a guide to mortgages for first-time borrowers, and a chapter on a DIY low-cost way to make a will.<\/p>\n
For the last few years the annual publication has incorporated a 148-page booklet entitled \u2018Teenagers \u2013 You & Your Money\u2019.<\/p>\n
The booklet is made freely available in an e-book format to all transition-year classes in Ireland along with an e-copy of the annual guide, also free.<\/p>\n
Each transition year co-ordinator or principal will be given a special code in September for the 2026\/2027 class to download both books.<\/p>\n
Mr Lowe said this involves 729 secondary schools and over 60,000 transition year students. \u201cWe personally call each school twice,\u201d Mr Lowe.<\/p>\n
Money Doctors 2026 costs \u20ac12.99 and is published by Providence Press.<\/p>\n
