\tHe says Victoria cancelled Nicola\u2019s dress \u201cat the eleventh hour\u201d despite her excitement about wearing the design<\/p>\n
\tHe alleges his parents have \u201cbeen trying endlessly to ruin\u201d his relationship since before the wedding<\/p>\n
The eldest son of David and Victoria (26), addressed his long-standing feud in a six-page statement posted to Instagram this evening.<\/p>\n
Brooklyn announced he has no wish to reconcile with his family and is \u201cstanding up\u201d for himself \u201cfor the first time\u201d in his life.<\/p>\n

The chef wrote in the post: \u201cFor my entire life, my parents have controlled narratives in the press about our family. The performative social media posts, family events and inauthentic relationships have been a fixture of the life I was born into.<\/p>\n
\u201cRecently, I have seen with my own eyes the lengths that they’ll go through to place countless lies in the media, mostly at the expense of innocent people, to preserve their own facade. But I believe the truth always come out.\u201d<\/p>\n
In further posts, he claimed: “My parents have been trying endlessly to ruin my relationship since before my wedding, and it hasn’t stopped.<\/p>\n
“My mum cancelled making Nicola\u2019s dress in the eleventh hour despite how excited she was to wear her design, forcing her to urgently find a new dress.<\/p>\n
“Weeks before our big day, my parents repeatedly pressured and attempted to bribe me into signing away the rights to my name, which would have affected me, my wife, and our future children.<\/p>\n
“They were adamant on me signing before my wedding date because then the terms of the deal would be initiated.<\/p>\n
“My holdout affected the payday, and they have never treated me the same since.<\/p>\n
“During the wedding planning, my mum went so far as to call me ‘evil’ because Nicola and I chose to include my Nanny Sandra, and Nicola\u2019s Naunni at our table, because they both didn\u2019t have their husbands.<\/p>\n
“Both of our parents had their own tables equally adjacent to ours.”<\/p>\n
Brooklyn also claimed his mother \u201chijacked\u201d the first dance at the wedding, writing: \u201cIn front of our 500 wedding guests, Marc Anthony called me to the stage where in the schedule was planned to be my romantic dance with my wife but instead my mum was waiting to dance with me.<\/p>\n
\u201cShe danced very inappropriately on me in front of everybody. I\u2019ve never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life.\u201d<\/p>\n
Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz (31), have snubbed family celebrations in recent months, including his father David’s milestone 50th birthday.<\/p>\n
