\n Wirral\u2019s first 100% gluten-free caf\u00e9 and bakery offers a range of sweet and savoury goodies for those with conditions such as coeliac disease, as well as gluten intolerance and sensitivity.\n<\/p>\n

\n Coeliac disease is a condition where a person’s immune system attacks their own tissues when eating gluten.\n<\/p>\n
\n Wirral chef Adam McCabe, who founded Lemmingtons<\/a> after struggling to find tasty, additive-free gluten-free food, said the response had been overwhelming.\n<\/p>\n \n He said: \u201cWe are absolutely thrilled and overwhelmed by the public response.\n<\/p>\n \n \n \u201cWe knew it was going to be a big day, but we were blown away by the demand and feedback.\n<\/p>\n \n \u201cOur team worked exceptionally hard all day, and if this is a sign of things to come, we\u2019d better prepare for a very busy year ahead.\n<\/p>\n \n \u201cWe\u2019d like to thank everyone for their support and love.\u201d\n<\/p>\n \n \n Mr McCabe first launched Lemmingtons in 2023 with his partner Danielle, attending markets across Wirral and Liverpool.\n<\/p>\n \n Hundreds of people called in on the day, praising the concept as \u201cmuch-needed\u201d.\n<\/p>\n \n The eatery is open Wednesdays to Saturdays from 10am to 4pm, with a fresh range of bakes on offer every day.\n<\/p>\n \n \n Lemmingtons is located at 108 Seaview Road, Wallasey, CH45 4LD.\n<\/p>\n \n They can be found on Instagram\u00a0@lemmingtons_gf,<\/a>\u00a0and online at\u00a0https:\/\/lemmingtons.com\/<\/a>.\n<\/p>\nThere are plenty of goodies on offer (Image: La Vida Liverpool)\n<\/p>\n
