\n\tZane Phillips<\/a> and Andrew Matarazzo<\/a> have joined SXSW jury prize winner and Independent Spirit Award nominee Annapurna Sriram<\/a> in headlining the arthouse horror short \u201cStill Hungry?\u201d from writer-director Zachary Solomon.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cStill Hungry?\u201d follows \u201cSydney (Phillips), a toxic alpha-male fitness influencer who finds a new online obsession via a charming and chaotic fellow content creator (Matarazzo),\u201d reads the movie\u2019s official logline. \u201cWhen the men collide in the real world, Sydney\u2019s life of rigid structure spirals out of control into a ravenous mess of desire and blood.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe project marks Solomon\u2019s directorial debut after the success of his previous horror film, \u201cAre You Fucking Kidding Me?!,\u201d which he both wrote and starred in. The award-winning film received multiple festival accolades, including official selections at BFI Flare, Palm Springs, Provincetown, OutfestNEXT, NewFest, Queer Screen Mardi Gras and American Cinematheque\u2019s Proof Film Festival.<\/p>\n

\n\tBestselling author and three-time SXSW alum Lovell Holder (\u201cThe Book of Luke,\u201d \u201cLavender Men\u201d) will produce alongside Foxtrot Entertainment\u2019s Rose Alsander (\u201cXY\u201d) and Brenden Rodriguez (\u201cMonkey Bread\u201d). Alsander, Rodriguez and Holder most recently teamed up to produce Ross Barron\u2019s upcoming drama \u201cFront Range,\u201d starring Maddie Phillips (\u201cGen V\u201d).<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI am thrilled to bring this film to life with such an incredible cast,\u201d Solomon said in a statement Wednesday. \u201cWorking with Zane, Andrew and Annapurna is a director\u2019s dream. Each of them is a star in their own right.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tHolder said, \u201cZach is truly the perfect filmmaker to tackle the increasingly surreal space where sexuality and technology intersect in contemporary society. I can\u2019t imagine three more gifted collaborators than Zane, Andrew and Annapurna to help him usher this vivid and searing story into the world.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tPhillips\u2019 credits include \u201cFire Island,\u201d \u201cLoot\u201d and the upcoming new season of \u201cThe Comeback.\u201d<\/a> Matarazzo appeared on TV\u2019s \u201cTeen Wolf\u201d and most recently co-wrote and starred in the Western short \u201cRoses.\u201d<\/a> \u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tSriram wrote, directed and starred in \u201cFucktoys,\u201d<\/a> a black comedy that earned the Special Jury Award in Narrative Feature Competition at SXSW in March.<\/p>\n
