Well before market open, Citigroup’s Amon Shirazy upped his fair value assessment on DLocal. His new price target is an even $17 per share, up 16% from his previous level of $14.60. In making the change, Shirazy maintained his buy recommendation on the specialty finance sector stock. <\/p>\n

Shirazy raised his net income forecast for full-year 2025 by 15% over his previous estimate and boosted his 2026 projection by 5%.<\/p>\n The analyst said that while DLocal’s volumes were declining, the company still has plenty of growth left in the tank. As the company trades at a forward P\/E of less than 19 on estimated 2026 profitability, he feels it is still a bargain.<\/p>\n Beat and raise<\/p>\n Any way you look at it, DLocal’s second quarter — the results of which were disseminated in mid-August — was impressive.
