HILLSBOROUGH, NJ \u2014 After suffering from a decade-long gluten intolerance and finding herself running around to multiple stores for food, Bridgewater local Kimberly Ritch started All Goodness No Gluten out of “frustration.”<\/p>\n
“I am constantly frustrated that I can’t find everything I want in one place. I usually just need to ‘settle’ for whatever is available in whatever store I am in,” said Ritch to Patch. “As a working mom, I don’t often have the luxury to do the shopping for the family and then going on a scavenger hunt to find my favorite products and brands.”<\/p>\n
As result, Ritch opened All Goodness No Gluten in Hillsborough recently, which aims to make 100 percent gluten-free products more accessible for anyone with dietary restrictions.<\/p>\n
“I envision growing to be able to offer a very wide selection of gluten-free products so people like me can get all they want in one place,” said Ritch.<\/p>\n
The business offers a subscription service and one-time orders with delivery that are delivered to all of Somerset County and some nearby towns.<\/p>\n
“However, we are also open to working with people outside that area on a case-by-case basis to find creative solutions. For example, there is a group in a town about 45 mins away that is interested in our service. We are working to get enough customers to agree on a common time so we are able to set up regular deliveries,” said Ritch.<\/p>\n
The assortment includes items across key staple grocery categories, including breads, pastas, snacks, baked goods, frozen meals, baking mixes and more. <\/p>\n
She is also sourcing hard-to-find unique, specialty items to surprise and delight her customers. And she is carrying both nationally recognized brands and local favorites. <\/p>\n
“We are trying to help build local gluten-free infrastructure to support our local community, so due to that, we are trying to work with gluten-free manufacturers to continue to build up supply for the local community,” said Ritch.<\/p>\n
“Additionally, we want to build this community so they can feel like they can come to us to tell us what they want and we can try to get it for them,” said Ritch.<\/p>\n
The goal for All Goodness No Gluten is “to make gluten-free shopping easy, safe, and enjoyable, whether you\u2019re newly gluten-free or have been living this way for years.”<\/p>\n
