City players were not at the training ground on Friday as they were given a day off, while Guardiola is scheduled to take training on Saturday, before travelling to London to face Spurs.<\/p>\n

Last June, Guardiola said<\/a> he was “so scared” by the “painful” war in Gaza during an emotional speech when receiving an honorary doctorate from the University of Manchester.<\/p>\n

In 2018, Guardiola was fined \u00a320,000<\/a> for wearing a yellow ribbon on the touchline during an FA Cup fifth-round defeat at Wigan.<\/p>\n
