Roseanna, who is a personal trainer and director and instructor of Adults Move Lincolnshire, said: \u201cI was fairly fit and active before I started the challenge but your body isn\u2019t conditioned to do something this extreme \u2013 it is quite tricky.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s hard, not just physically but mentally because in the evenings you just want to cosy up and watch the tv but it will be worth it.<\/p>\n

The full-body, high-intensity exercise combines a squat, plank, push-up (optional) and jump.<\/p>\n
All of the money raised from the challenge will be put towards the Adults Move Sensory Dance classes in Spalding for individuals with complex disabilities.<\/p>\n
The weekly sessions offer engaging and accessible, creative movement that promotes self expression, physical activity and social interactions.<\/p>\n

It is a safe space for adults to enjoy exercise through sensory dance and continues to be well attended by the members of the community.<\/p>\n
The team at Adults Move Lincolnshire are keen to raise as much self-funded money as they can, to keep these sessions running and create further opportunities throughout South Holland to launch more classes.<\/p>\n
Roseanna added: \u201cInclusive is the best way to describe Adults Move because we want to include absolutely everybody, no matter where they are from or their abilities.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re always going to be that support network for people.<\/p>\n
\u201cIf we were able to raise our target amount or more than we needed for these specific topics, we would expand our activities into the wider area to reach more people.<\/p>\n
\u201cFunding is a difficult thing to get for a lot of people and organisations, so we are trying to do it ourselves \u2013 its our biggest barrier.\u201d<\/p>\n
Every day of the challenge Roseanna has shared her progress with supporters on Facebook live videos \u2013 where people join the online platform and cheer her on.<\/p>\n

Her daughter, Molly, has also showed her support by taking part in the challenge alongside her.<\/p>\n
\u201cShe absolutely loves it and is sometimes upset when she isn\u2019t able to do it with me\u201d, Roseanna added.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m trying to help my body by warming up beforehand and stretching afterwards.\u201d<\/p>\n

The team at Adults Move Lincolnshire are hoping to organise more fundraising events throughout the year, including \u2018Move-Fest\u2019 in the summer for families.<\/p>\n
It is hoped the additional funds will boost contributions they currently receive through grants, and solidify the future of vital events for the community.<\/p>\n
