Jockey Dylan Browne McMonagle has been named as the Donegal Sports Star of the Year for 2025.<\/p>\n
Almost 700 people attended the Mount Errigal Hotel in Letterkenny for the 50th anniversary of the awards last night.<\/p>\n
Among those who attended were Junior Minister Charlie McConalogue, Bishop of Raphoe Niall Coll, CEO of Donegal County Council John McLaughlin and Cathaoirleach of Donegal County Council, Cllr Paul Canning.<\/p>\n
Special guest on the night was former Republic of Ireland soccer manager Brian Kerr.<\/p>\n
Once again the organising committee pulled out all the stops to guarantee another hugely successful night which was sponsored by Donegal County Council.<\/p>\n
