Friends of Letterkenny woman Kelley Higgins got a shock when she was revealed as a contestant on RTE\u2019s The Traitors.<\/p>\n
The show has captured the public imagination and is getting records views on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights for the broadcaster.<\/p>\n
There is still \u20ac50,000 on offer for the winner and business graduate Kelley is still in with a chance of claiming the cash.<\/p>\n
The show started with 24 contestants and there are just 9 left in the hunt after two weeks of bitching and back-biting.<\/p>\n
Kelley, the daughter of well-known local couple Brian and Denise Higgins, has yet to be in the firing line.<\/p>\n
She is a true faithful and there\u2019s no reason for anybody to suggest anything else.<\/p>\n
In fact, only once has Kelley\u2019s name even been mentioned as a possible traitor at the round table and that was a wild guess.<\/p>\n
She has survived while others like former prison officer Paudie and garda Eamonn perished and got the boot from the show.<\/p>\n
Viewers will have to wait until next Tuesday night after three more episodes of the hit show to see if Slane Castle is emptied of all Traitors.<\/p>\n
In the meantime, Kelley can keep her head down and edge herself closer to a slice of that \u20ac50,000! <\/p>\n
