The Consumer Product Safety Commission<\/a> has issued a nationwide recall<\/a> for a dietary supplement posing risks of serious injury or death by poisoning to young children. <\/p>\n

Approximately 148,000 bottles of Mindbodygreen Ultimate Multivitamin+ Dietary Supplements are being recalled as the products violate federal regulations for child resistant packaging. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe bottles are filled with dietary supplements containing iron, which must be in child-resistant packaging, as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act<\/a>,\u201d the recall states. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe packaging is not child-resistant, posing a risk of serious injury or death from poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children.<\/p>\n

Affected products were sold online at Mindbodygreen.com between November 2021 and November 2025 for between $40 and $70, depending on the subscription.<\/p>\n

As of Feb. 4, 2026, no injuries have been reported. <\/p>\n

Consumers are urged to \u201cimmediately secure the recalled bottles out of sight and reach of children\u201d and contact Mindbodygreen for a free, child-resistant replacement cap. <\/p>\n
