Additionally, Brandon Flynn (13 Reasons Why) and Murray Bartlett (The Last of Us, The White Lotus) have been revealed as part of the ensemble cast.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tFrom creator and showrunner David J. Rosen, the dark comedy thriller follows newly divorced mom Paula (<a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/tatiana-maslany\/\" id=\"auto-tag_tatiana-maslany\" data-tag=\"tatiana-maslany\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Tatiana Maslany<\/a>) as she falls down a dangerous rabbit hole of blackmail, murder and youth soccer. Convinced that she witnessed a crime \u2013 while simultaneously struggling through a custody battle and an identity crisis \u2013 Paula begins her own investigation, one that could unravel a greater conspiracy while also holding the keys to rebuilding her family and sense of self.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe cast also includes Jake Johnson as Paula\u2019s ex-husband Karl; Jessy Hodges as Mallory, Karl\u2019s new wife, and a sharp lawyer; Jon Michael Hill as Detective Baxter; Kiarra Hamagami Goldberg as Geri, a fact-checker at a prestigious New York publication; Charlie Hall as Rudy, a fellow fact-checker and Geri\u2019s work buddy; Nola Wallace as Hazel, Paula and Karl\u2019s daughter; and Dolly De Leon as Detective Sofia Gonzalez. Details regarding Flynn and Bartlett\u2019s roles are under wraps.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe half-hour, 10-episode season\u00a0hails from Apple Studios and Counterpart Studios and is written and executive produced by creator and showrunner David J. Rosen. David Gordon Green served as director and executive producer.
