In healthcare, dentistry<br \/>\nstands out due to high call volumes, complex operations, and detailed<br \/>\nscheduling needs. Despite this reliance on phone-based booking, more than 25<br \/>\nper cent of inbound calls to dental practices go unanswered, leading to<br \/>\nsignificant lost revenue.<\/p>\n<p>Linda AI addresses this challenge through<br \/>\nagentic workflow automation built specifically for dental practices. Its AI<br \/>\nagents integrate with existing practice management and communication systems to<br \/>\nmanage administrative tasks end to end, including appointment scheduling,<br \/>\nconfirmations, rescheduling, and patient follow-ups. The platform works<br \/>\nalongside front-desk teams, using voice, text, and system integrations when<br \/>\nstaff capacity is constrained.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, the company reports measurable<br \/>\nimpact across its customer base. Approximately 25 per cent of new patient<br \/>\nbookings are generated through Linda AI, overall bookings increase by around 15<br \/>\nper cent, no-show rates decline by more than 30 per cent, and front-desk teams<br \/>\nsave over 10 hours per week on administrative work.
