Clarke now supports dads across Cambridgeshire in his Perinatal Project Dads Worker role at CPSL Mind.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">He said: &#8220;Life is tough, and men often feel pressure to provide, but we&#8217;re breaking that taboo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;Mental health is about being the best you can be, not the best others expect.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Hughes said: &#8220;These discussions are raw, real, and timely.
