Lauren LaVera is back on screen this weekend in Darren Bousman\u2019s bloody new horror movie Twisted<\/a>, but when can we expect to see Sienna Shaw back up on the big screen?<\/p>\n

Chatting with Den of Geek<\/a> this week, Lauren LaVera provides a fresh status update on Damien Leone\u2019s Terrifier 4, which David Howard Thornton promises will be a \u201cbat shit insane\u201d finale<\/a>. LaVera echoes recent comments made by her Terrifier franchise co-star, revealing to Den of Geek that she\u2019s as in the dark about the Terrifier 4 scripting process as the rest of us are.<\/p>\n

\u201cI haven\u2019t read any of the script yet,\u201d Lauren LaVera tells the outlet. \u201cI don\u2019t think Damien\u2019s even done writing it as of right now. I\u2019m sure he\u2019s close to done based off things he has texted me and what he\u2019s been telling the press, but no, he\u2019s kept it completely under wraps from David, from myself, from all of the other cast and crew. So it\u2019ll be a surprise.\u201d<\/p>\n

What does LaVera personally hope to see in Terrifier 4?<\/p>\n

\u201cI want Jonathan to be alive; I want Gabbie to be saved; and I want some sort of retribution for Sienna, however that will look,\u201d the actress tells Den of Geek.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think our girl\u2019s been through enough and she deserves a win, whatever it will look like for her. Whether or not she survives, I don\u2019t know, but I think she deserves a win.\u201d<\/p>\n

We know very little about Terrifier 4 at this time, but Damien Leone has previously teased that it will be \u201cthe most epic, horrifying, thrilling, emotional and satisfying conclusion to the\u00a0Terrifier saga.\u201d\u00a0He also confirmed\u00a0Art\u2019s backstory<\/a> will be revealed in the opening 15 minutes.<\/p>\n

But don\u2019t expect to learn too much\u00a0about the killer clown. \u201cI love the mystique,\u201d Leone explained last year. \u201cI think a lot of people don\u2019t realize the reason he works so well is because of the mystique. If you pull the curtain back too far, and you lose that mystique, it\u2019s over. You\u2019re not supposed to see the wizard behind the curtain. It\u2019s almost always a disappointment. I think there\u2019s a way with his origin to have my cake and eat it too, but we\u2019ll find out. I am taking a bit of a risk, but I\u2019m very well aware about losing that mystique at the same time, so we\u2019ll see if it plays out. I think the majority of people are going to be very cool with it.\u201d<\/p>\n

David Howard Thornton\u00a0and\u00a0Lauren LaVera\u00a0are expected to return as iconic villain Art the Clown and beloved final girl Sienna Shaw. Expect more on\u00a0Terrifier 4\u00a0soon.<\/p>\n

Leone launched\u00a0Terrifier\u00a0in 2016, followed by\u00a0Terrifier 2\u00a0in 2022.\u00a0Terrifier 3 opened #1 at the box office in October 2024, becoming the highest grossing unrated film of all time.<\/p>\n
