{"id":2838,"date":"2025-09-06T06:54:11","date_gmt":"2025-09-06T06:54:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/2838\/"},"modified":"2025-09-06T06:54:11","modified_gmt":"2025-09-06T06:54:11","slug":"spacex-launches-starlink-satellites-lands-falcon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/2838\/","title":{"rendered":"SpaceX launches Starlink satellites, lands Falcon\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>        <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/F3yFUFA2WeNpV55uHxZyfG-1280-80.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\"\/>A white and black rocket lifts off into a partially cloudy sky above the East Coast of the United States, riding atop the bright white exhaust of its nine engines.<\/p>\n<p>SpaceX notched another big reusability milestone on Friday (Sept. 5).<\/p>\n<p>The company founded by billionaire <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.space.com\/18849-elon-musk.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Elon Musk<\/a> launched 28 of its Starlink broadband satellites into <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.space.com\/low-earth-orbit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">low Earth orbit<\/a> atop a <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.space.com\/18962-spacex-falcon-9.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Falcon 9<\/a> rocket, which lifted off Friday at 8:32 a.m. EDT (1232 GMT) from Launch Complex 39A at NASA&#8217;s Kennedy Space Center in Florida.<\/p>\n<p>The rocket&#8217;s first stage came back to Earth as planned, touching down about 8.5 minutes after liftoff on the <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.space.com\/18853-spacex.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">SpaceX<\/a> drone ship &#8220;Just Read the Instructions.&#8221; It was the 27th touchdown for this particular booster and the company&#8217;s 500th successful recovery of an orbital-class rocket overall, <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/SpaceX\/status\/1963961957272183010\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">according to SpaceX<\/a>. (Image credit: SpaceX)<\/p>\n<p>The Falcon 9&#8217;s initial ascent was completed in under nine minutes, followed by about a 45-minute coast.
