Disney has released a new trailer for the upcoming original drama series, \u201cRJ Decker\u201d, which will be coming to ABC, Hulu and Disney+ later this year.<\/p>\n
Written by Rob Doherty (\u201cElementary\u201d) and starring Scott Speedman, RJ Decker is a disgraced newspaper photographer and ex-con who starts over as a private investigator in the colorful-if-crime-filled world of South Florida. The series follows him tackling cases that range from slightly odd to outright bizarre with the help of his journalist ex, her police detective wife and a shadowy new benefactor \u2014 a woman from his past who could be his greatest ally \u2026 or his one-way ticket back to prison.<\/p>\n

\u201cRJ Decker\u201d stars Scott Speedman as RJ Decker, Jaina Lee Ortiz as Emilia \u201cEmi\u201d Ochoa, Bevin Bru as Detective Melody \u201cMel\u201d Abreau, Kevin Rankin as Aloysius \u201cWish\u201d Aiken and Adelaide Clemens as Catherine Delacroix.<\/p>\n
Inspired by Carl Hiaasen\u2019s novel \u201cDouble Whammy,\u201d \u201cRJ Decker\u201d is produced by 20th Television. Rob Doherty serves as showrunner, writer and executive producer. Carl Hiaasen, Carl Beverly and Sarah Timberman are executive producers, Paul McGuigan directs and executive produces, and Scott Speedman is a producer.<\/p>\n
\u201cRJ Decker\u201d will premiere on Tuesday, 3rd March 2026 at 10:00 p.m. ET\/PT, on ABC and it will be available to stream the next day on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ in the United States. <\/p>\n
While no international Disney+ release details have been announced, since this show is made by 20th Television, I\u2019d also expect the show to be made available globally on Disney+, but likely at a later date.<\/p>\n
