The founder of a new healthy eatery in Leicester is planning to offer a variety of food options<\/a>, with the goal of making \u201cwellness delicious\u201d.<\/p>\n Dupe, in Francis Street, Stoneygate<\/a>, opened its doors on Friday, February 6. Its aim is to deliver \u201cwholesome and tasty\u201d food which promotes a healthy lifestyle<\/a>.<\/p>\n On its menu are a range of bowls, as well as sandwiches and wraps. Customers can order an acai bowl, as well as matcha and vanilla protein bowls, which feature fresh fruit, chia seeds, and peanut butter.<\/p>\n Chicken, steak, and sweet potato are among the other bowls offered, which will contain rice and greens, among other ingredients. For those looking for a sandwich or wrap, there are choices of steak, chicken, or tuna.<\/p>\n Inside Dupe, which is centred around healthy fast-casual food.(Image: Saffiya Kasak \/ Dupe)<\/p>\n As well as hot drinks, Dupe also has several shots and juices on the menu, including a \u201cglass skin\u201d juice which is made with green apple, kiwi, celery and cucumber.<\/p>\n Its shots include “collagen”, made with beetroot, orange and carrot, as well as \u201chot shots\u201d such as “ginger iced cube which consists of ginger, cayenne pepper and lemon.<\/p>\n The eatery also sells “protein treat balls”, made with protein powder and other ingredients.
