{"id":287957,"date":"2026-02-08T23:16:09","date_gmt":"2026-02-08T23:16:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/287957\/"},"modified":"2026-02-08T23:16:09","modified_gmt":"2026-02-08T23:16:09","slug":"lidl-league-round-up-donegals-perfect-start-continues","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/287957\/","title":{"rendered":"Lidl League round-up: Donegal&#8217;s perfect start continues"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In Division 2 of the Lidl National League, Donegal, with two goals from Katie Dowds and one from Ciara McGarvey, won the top of the table clash with Tyrone to preserve their 100 per cent start with a 3-09 to 1-08 win.<\/p>\n<p>Mayo maintained their unbeaten start with a 0-09 to 0-07 win over Tipperary, while Cavan secured their second win when a goal from Niamh Keenaghan heled them to a 1-11 to 2-06 win over Wexford.<\/p>\n<p>An early goal from \u00c9abha Sherry set Monaghan on their way to their first win when they defeated a Westmeath side 1-12 to 1-6 who were also searching for their first victory.<\/p>\n<p>In Division 3, leaders Down continued their impressive form by seeing off Clare by 7-13 to 4-13.
