{"id":288605,"date":"2026-02-09T09:36:10","date_gmt":"2026-02-09T09:36:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/288605\/"},"modified":"2026-02-09T09:36:10","modified_gmt":"2026-02-09T09:36:10","slug":"ireland-west-airport-knock-issues-important-update-for-mayo-fliers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/288605\/","title":{"rendered":"Ireland West Airport Knock issues important update for Mayo fliers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ireland West Airport has issued an important update to those flying to and from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mayonews.ie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Mayo<\/a> regarding flights between Ireland and the UK.<\/p>\n<p>The new regulations on E-Visas and ID requirements come into effect on Wednesday, February 25.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mayonews.ie\/news\/westport\/2008682\/permission-granted-for-major-housing-development-in-mayo.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/READ_MORE_button_(55)-1770388376104.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"498\" height=\"280\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>From that date, all Aer Lingus customers will require either a passport or an Irish passport card for travel.
