The MICHELIN Guide Ceremony for Great Britain & Ireland 2026 took place today at the Convention Centre in Dublin, marking the first time MICHELIN has hosted its annual awards in Ireland.<\/p>\n

Restaurants may receive one to three MICHELIN Stars for the quality of their food based on five criteria:\u00a0quality of the ingredients used, mastery of flavour and cooking techniques, the personality of the chef in the cuisine, harmony of flavours, and consistency between visits.<\/p>\n
