The Home Development Mutual Fund or Pag-IBIG Fund on Wednesday said members’ contributions hit a record high of P160.41 billion in 2025.\u00a0<\/p>\n
In a news release, Pag-IBIG Fund said collected contributions from members grew 21% year-on-year.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The agency said the record high collections were driven largely by the continued growth of voluntary savings, particularly under its Modified Pag-IBIG II (MP2) Savings Program.<\/p>\n
\u201cOnce again, our strong collections reflect the trust and confidence our members place in Pag-IBIG\u2019s savings programs,\u201d said Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling, who also sits as chairman of the Pag-IBIG Fund Board of Trustees.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cWith P27.61 billion more savings collected in 2025 compared to the previous year, Pag-IBIG Fund\u2019s solid financial position enables us to continue offering low interest rates and to support the financing requirements of the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.,\u201d he added.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Of the total savings collected in 2025, Pag-IBIG Fund said mandatory monthly contributions amounted to P66.80 billion.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Voluntary contributions accounted for P93.60 billion, or 58%.\u00a0<\/p>\n
